Rainbow Cupcakes

We have our party for the Rainbow Room tomorrow. As you may guess, we're having lots of rainbow themed treats. I am most proud of these:

They came out of the oven looking a bit weird


But it looks pretty good out of the pan


The inside came out as I expected too!
